Registration Information

Conference space is limited, so please register early to secure your place at
The OPEN Forum 2008.

Conference fees are as follows:

Standard Registration (until December 1): $655
On-Site Registration: $780

In order to allow executive teams to participate in this dialogue more fully, we are offering a discounted registration rate for subsequent executive participants from the same institution. The second executive participant from an institution will receive a discount of 25% off the registration fee, while the third executive participant will receive a discount of 50%.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by November 8, 2008, for a refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by November 24, 2008 by providing authorization to us at OPENforumReg@concentra-cms.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Thanos Partners is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
